The Newcomer Interagency Network (NIN) is a network of organizations and employers in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo committed to working together to enhance the lives of newcomers to our community. It was created to share expertise, enhance collaboration between agencies, and support projects and initiatives to better meet the needs of newcomers to the region.

The NIN has 32 different agency members led by a Steering Committee. Members attend meetings once a month, provide feedback and input on initiatives, discuss challenges they are facing and receive free training and resources through NIN initiatives.
